自主创新信息服务保障体系——基于产、学、研合作模式的研究

摘　　要：企业、高校和科研院所是整个自主创新系统中的三个创新主体,它们之间的紧密合作体现了一种高效的产、学、研合作创新模式。在产、学、研自主创新合作模型中,健全的自主创新信息服务体系发挥着至关重要的作用。本文分析了我国自主创新体系中企业、高校、科研院所等主要创新主体的在自主创新系统中的作用和信息需求,指出我国自主创新信息服务体系的构成及该体系运行的保障机制。Enterprise, university and scientific institution are three innovation bodies in the whole independent innovation system ,the closely cooperation reflect a kind of efficiency cooperation mode of industry-university-research. A sound independent innovation information service system plays the important role in the mode of industry-university-research. This article analyzed the roles of enterprise university and scientific institution in the independent innovation system and their information requirement, pointed out the composition and guarantee mechanism of independent innovation information service system.
