摘 要:为了测试自密实砂浆的工作性,提出了一种"沉球"试验方法,并通过试验优化了"沉球"的质量与砂浆容器的大小。通过对比分析25.9 g钢球在不同自密实能力的新拌砂浆中下沉的时程曲线发现:曲线的时长能反映砂浆的流动性,曲线的斜率变化能够反映砂浆的均匀性,曲线的积分面积能够综合反映砂浆的自密实能力。As a new method for workability of self-compacting mortar (SCM), the testing method of ‘ sinking ball' was put forward. The mass of ‘ sinking ball' and the volume of container for mortar were optimized by experiments. A serials ‘ sinking ball' experiments were carried out based on the same mass ‘ sinking bail' of 25.9 g and mortars with different self-compacting ability. Results indicate that the time of curve reflect the flow ability of SCM, the slope changing of curve indicate the anti-segregate ability of SCM, the integral area of curve has great rdation with sdf-compacting ability of SCM.
