摘  要:运用大型通用有限元软ANSYS建立了烟气脱硫吸收塔三维有限元分析模型。多遇地震下,采用时程分析法进行了考虑浆液与不考虑浆液作用的弹性地震反应分析;浆液影响采用流固动力耦合计算模型进行模拟分析,比较了2种地震波作用下顶部最大水平位移、基底剪力以及塔身应力,发现脱硫浆液在地震作用下产生的惯性力影响不容忽略。罕遇地震下对最不利工况进行了弹塑性动力分析,结果证明塔体设计基本合理。The finite element 3-D model of smoking desulfuration absorber tower is established based on ANSYS. The time-history analysis considering desulfurization liquid by the model of fluid-solid dynamic coupling analysis, and is applied to analyze the seismic response under frequently occurred earthquake. The results include the maximal roof horizontal displacement, roof acceleration, base shear, stress, etc are obtained under 2 natural earthquake waves. It is found that the effect of inertia force caused by the desulfurization liquid under earthquake should not be ignored. According to the most unfavorable processing condition, the nonlinear time history analysis under severe earthquake is conducted. The results demonstrate that the thickness control of the tower is reasonable and the maximal Von Mises stress in the tower does not go beyond the steel's yielding strength.
