利用隶属函数法对4种珍珠菜属植物的抗寒性综合评价

摘　　要：在低温胁迫条件下,通过测定4种珍珠菜属植物细胞质外渗率、MDA含量、SOD活性、POD活性、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标,利用隶属函数法对材料进行抗寒性综合评价。通过综合隶属函数值评定的抗寒性强弱顺序为:金叶过路黄、广西过路黄>花叶过路黄>聚花过路黄。The physiological cold resistance characteristics of four Lysimachia plants, such as relative permeability of plasma membrane, content of MDA ,SOD and POD activities, proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents, etc. , were measured. A comprehensive evaluation on cold resistance was given based on subordinate function value analysis. The results indicated that the order of cold resistance from high to low was： Lyairnachia alfredii and L. nummularia ＂Aurea＂ 〉L. christinae var. ＂huaye〉L. congesti flora.
