摘 要:研究了光周期、光源、光照强度对欧洲云杉不同种源1a生实生苗生长的影响。结果表明:补光处理对欧洲云杉幼苗各生长性状均有显著促进作用;阳光灯下,不同光周期以补光8h时苗高生长量最大,各生长性状对光源的反应依次为阳光灯〉碘钨灯〉镝灯,3种光源对欧洲云杉幼苗促进作用最佳光照强度分别为3~6、8~16、8~11μmol·m^-2·s^-1;采用夜间补光处理,欧洲云杉幼苗当年生长期达到170d。Influences of period, source and intensity of illumination in light supplement seedling culture on 1-year Picea abies seedling were investigated. The results indicated that supplement illumination had promotive effect on the growth of seedlings. The maximum height growth was achieved when the period of light supplement was 8 h with sunlamp. The influences of the light source were in the order of tungsten iodine lamp.dysprosium lamp.sunlamp. The best illumination intensities for the three lamps were 3-6, 8 -16, and 8-11 μmol · m^-2 · s^-1 respectively. The growth period of the seedlings treated by supplement illumination was as long as 170 days in one year.
