甲醇-环己酮二元体系汽液平衡的测定与关联

摘　　要：用改进的Ellis汽液平衡釜测定甲醇-环己酮二元体系常压汽液平衡数据,并校验实验数据的Herington热力学一致性,结果表明实验数据满足热力学一致性要求。以汽相组成的误差平方和作为目标函数,分别用Willson和NRTL方程关联实验数据,得两热力学方程的模型参数。汽相组成的模型计算值与实验值的平均相对偏差分别为0.56%和1.10%。Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium data of methanol-cyclohexanone system were determined at 101. 325 kPa by an improved Ellis vapor-liquid equilibrium（VLE） pot. All the experimental VLE data have been tested by the method proposed by Herington and the results show that the experimental data conform to demand of thermodynamic consistency. The Vapor-Liquid Equilibrium data were correlated by Wilson and NRTL equation, using the error sum squares of vapor phase composition as target function, and the model parameters were obtained. The Average relative deviation of calculated data and that of experimental data are 0.56% by Wilson and 1.10% by NRTL equation respectively.
