摘  要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了芳纶浆粕(PPTA-pulp)/聚丙烯(PP)/碳酸钙(CaCO3)系列复合材料,采用力学性能测试方法研究了PPTA-pulp及相容剂对30%CaCO3填充PP复合材料力学性能的影响,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热变形温度测试仪,研究了PP/PPTA-pulp/CaCO3复合材料的断面形态结构和耐热性能。结果表明:随着PPTA-pulp用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度增加,缺口冲击强度先增加后减小,PPTA-pulp明显提高了CaCO3填充PP复合体系的耐热性能,PP-g-MAH改善了纤维与基体以及CaCO3与基体之间的亲和性,使复合材料的强度和模量进一步提高。The polypropylene/polyphenylene terephthalamide pulp/CaCO3( PP/PPTA-pulp/CaCO3 ) composites were prepared by using twin-screw extruder. Effects of PPTA-pulp content and compatibiliser on mechanical properties of 30wt% CaCO3-filled polypropylene composites were studied by using mechanical test methods. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and heat distortion temperature tester were used to measure the fracture and heat resistance of the composites. The results showed that with the increase of content of PP- TA-pulp, the tensile and bending strength of the blend increased, and notch impact strength increased at first and then decreased. The heat resistance of composites increased obviously by adding PPTA-pulp. Maleic anhydride-grafled-polypropylene (MAH-g-PP), as compatibiliser, could advance the affinity between PPTA- pulp and PP, CaCO3 and PP, the composites' strength and modulus increased.
