摘 要:采用混炼方法研究了基础树脂、导电材料、交联剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂对可剥离交联型EVA半导电绝缘屏蔽料性能的影响,确立乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)半导电绝缘屏蔽料配方(质量份数):EVA为100份,导电炭黑为60份,交联剂为2.1份,润滑剂为8.0份,抗氧剂为0.8份。对产物性能的表征表明,该绝缘屏蔽料20℃体积电阻率为52.6Ω.cm,剥离强度为18.4 N/cm,热延伸试验载荷下伸长率为75%。With ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) as main body, conductive carbon black as conductive material, dieumyl peroxide (DCP) as erosslinker, paraffin as lubricant, the formulation of the semi-conductive insulation shielding EVA copolymer was studied by mixing method. The optimized formulation was determinated by researching the effect of the components on the property of the semi-conductive insulation shielding EVA, with EVA was 100phr, conductive carbon black was 60phr, crosslinker was 2. lphr, lubricant was 8.0phr, and antioxidant was 0. 8phr. The characterization of the product performance indicated that the insulation shielding material volume resistivity was 52. 6Ω· cm at 20℃, the strippable strength was 18. 4 N/cm, the load elongation rate was 75%. under thermal extended test.
