摘　　要：本文研究分析了军队医院特别是中小医院面临的整体规模处于劣势、人才队伍中坚流失较多、学科优势逐渐弱化、有偿服务盈利空间压缩、发展经费不多等矛盾。提出了加强军队医院建设发展必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,按照全面建设现代后勤的部署和要求,以提高卫勤保障力和核心竞争力为目标,进一步解放思想,推进医院建设发展理念、服务保障、人才建设、学科模式、管理机制改革创新,实现军队医院建设又好又快发展。The problems for the development of middle - small hospitals were discussed as small general scale,shortage of the staff, weakness of the subjects, the limit of benefits. And then the measures were proposed as promoting the service idea, service means, staff cultivation and management mechanism guided by demands of overall development of modern logistics.
