摘　　要：本文以科学发展观为指导,针对在新形势下如何推动医院科学发展的问题,阐述了实现医院科学发展的基本思路:建设以人为本型、特色发展型、集成创新型、持续进步型和环境友好型医院,给出了在医院工作中深化以人为本理念的具体方法:强化人本意识、深化人性化服务、关注员工利益,提出了统筹六个关系即以管理为先导、以服务为抓手、以人文为基础、以建筑为支撑、以环境为依托、以社会为助力推动医院科学发展的观点和措施。Based on the guidance of scientific development, the author expounded the basic ideas to achieve scientific development of hospital in response to how to promote the scientific development of hospital under the new situation as following ： people - oriented, developed characteristically, innovation integrated, progress continually and environment friendly; meanwhile, the specific ways were also suggested to depen people -oriented concept in the hospital works as mentioned as below： strengthening the people -oriented awareness, deepening the humanized services and concerning about the interests of employees, and brought forward the viewpoints and measures to promote scientific development of hospital by integrating six relations, which are to be guided by management, handled by services, based on the human, supported by the construction, relied on the environment, and supported by the society.
