摘　　要：本文对本院住院患者进行研究,分析了年龄、性别、科室、区域公布等特点,提出床位安排应注意性别差异,在完善军队伤病员住院管理基础上,关注外地患者和优势科室患者的需求。The characteristics （age, gender, service department and area） of hospitalizations were analyzed in a large general hospital. With the results some measures were proposed to improve the efficiency as paying more attention on the differences of the gender, and the needs of the patients from other places or the common people.
