摘　　要：本文对医疗风险进行了概念界定和特性描述,其特性包括客观性、永恒性、普遍性、复杂性和危害性;并对影响医院医疗风险的一系列因素,如医方因素、患方因素、体制因素、社会因素进行了分析,以期不断提高医院医疗质量,改善医患关系,从而最大程度上规避医疗风险。The definition of medical risk and its characteristics were depicted which involved objectivity, immutability, universality, complexity and harming, and then the influencing factors were analyzed which included institutions, patients, the health system and the society factors. The aim of this analysis is to advance hospital medical quality, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, and reduce medical risk.
