肝胆专科医院门诊预约患者调查分析

摘　　要：目的:明确肝胆专科医院就医患者的就医需求,为进一步探索新型门诊就诊模式提供依据。方法:对1 220名现场预约挂号就诊患者的登记资料进行调查。结果:被调查的患者中69%来自外地,48%为复诊患者,43%希望普及预约挂号。预约挂号减少了就诊盲目性、改善了就诊秩序。结论:对于以外地患者为主的肝胆专科医院,应该积极采用预约挂号的方式缓解就诊矛盾,预约挂号就诊在合理配置医疗资源等方面取得了一定效果,提示预约挂号将会成为肝胆专科医院将来挂号的主流模式。Objective：To clarify the medical demand of the patient in hepatobiliary outpatient department, and to provide evidence for the visit model of outpatient department. Methods： To investigate the registration data of 1220 appointed patients. Result： Of 1220 patients, 69% came from other places, 48% were return visit patients, 43% hoped to popularize appointed registration. Appointed registration reduced the blindness Of visiting doctor and improved the order of visiting doctor. Conclusion：Appointed registration is an effective measure for relieving the doctor visit contradict. It does also have fixed effects on the rational medical resources allocation, which indicates that appointed registration will be main mode of hepatobiliary hospital.
