摘  要:HL-2A装置即将开展改造和升级,升级后的HL-2M将在中后期开展近10MW的中性束实验。随着中性束系统功率和脉冲宽度的增加,常规的真空抽气系统将不能满足要求,需要开展大抽速洁净真空获得技术的研究。在大量调研的基础上,结合作者在德国IPP的工作经验,初步设计了用于HL-2M装置的4MW束线的大抽速低温泵。本文阐述了用于中性束束线的低温泵的工作原理和基本结构,针对HL-2M中性束真空系统的需求进行了设计和计算,并对结构上面临的主要技术难点进行了分析和说明。The HL-2A system is just about to reform and upgrade. Then the upgraded HL-2M will be launched to inject near 10MW neutral beam. The conventional vacuum pumping system will therefore not meet the requirement with the increase in both the power of neutral beam injection (NBI) system and pulse width, and the high pumping-speed clean vacuum pumps are needed to investigate. Based on lots of surveyed data in combination with the experience the auzhors gained from IPP in Germany, a high pumping-speed cryopump is designed preliminarily for the 4MW NBI system of HL-2M. The cryopump design describes the working principle and basic construction for the neutral beam, the vacuum system needed for HL-2M neutral beam is calculated and designed with the main technological probllems of its construction analyzed.
