摘　　要：倾销会对一国经济造成重大影响,因而反倾销措施的存在与实施是必要的。但对其过度青睐以至于滥用,则阻碍了贸易的自由发展,违反了竞争的本意。反倾销法的这种反竞争性主要体现在它与竞争法的冲突上。如何协调这种冲突是值得起我们深入思考的。Dumping can exert a great influence upon a country＇s ecouomy Thus, it is imperative to enact and implement anti - dumping measures. But, it hinders the free development of trade and goes against the original intention of competition to particularly favour and, even take anti - dumping measures indiscriminately. The anti - competitiveness of of the anti - dumping law is mainly embodied in its conflict with the competitive law. It is worth thinking deeply about how to settle the conflict.
