摘  要:本文采用Realizablek-ε紊流模型,结合自由水面处理技术的VOF方法及非平衡壁面函数法,对竖井进流水平旋转内消能泄洪洞的水力特性进行数值模拟,得到了自由水面、空腔直径、压强、流速、旋流夹角、消能率等水力特性的变化规律。把数值模拟与模型试验的结果进行对比后可以看出,采用该紊流模型、合适的边界条件与数值方法,能够较好地模拟这种强旋流、强离心力效应和各向异性的复杂的空腔旋转流动,数值模拟所得的各种水力特性,从变化趋势到数值精度可满足这种旋流内消能泄洪洞体型初步设计与优化的要求。The Realizable k -ε turbulence model combined with the VOF method which can get the free surface of water and the non-equilibrium wall function was used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of the level swirling flow of inner energy dissipation discharge tunnel with shaft inlet. The hydraulic characteristics such as the free water surface, encircle flow hollow diameter, pressure of flow, velocity of flow, rotational flow angle and energy dissipation rate were obtained. Compared with physical model test, it is showed that we can simulate powerful swirling flow, powerful effect of centrifugal force and anisotropic hollow swirling flow by using the turbulence model with suitable boundary conditions and numerical method. The results of the simulation can satisfy initial design and optimize demand of the swirl tunnel in the variation tendency and numerical precision.
