摘　　要：[目的]对一株从缅甸进口虾中分离的沙门氏菌新血清型的鉴定。[方法]采用常规生化试验和免疫血清凝集素吸收与位相逆转试验及噬菌体裂解试验方法。[结果]该菌生化反应符合肠道沙门氏菌肠道亚种(S.enterica subsp.enterica)定义和能被沙门氏菌O-I噬菌体裂解,免疫家兔所得O和H抗血清经凝集素吸收试验证实该菌具有一个新的O抗原(暂命名为O:68),位相逆转试验证实其抗原式为O:68:r:z6。[结论]该菌是Kauffmann-White表解尚未叙述过的一个新血清型,暂命名为昆明沙门氏菌(Salmonella Kunming)。A strain of Salmonella isolated from shrimp imported from Burma was serotyped. By biochemical tests,phage typing and antigenic analysis. The strain was susceptible to diagnostic phage O-I for Salmonella. Biochemical characters of this strain conformed to the definition of S.enterica subspecies enterica. Antigenic analysis showed that it represented a new serotype with new O antigen of O：68 and H antigen of r：z6. The serotype of the strain is 68：r：z6 which had not been reported in Kauffmann-White-scheme.
