摘　　要：区域医疗信息网络提供了区域下多种医学信息平台数据的有效互通。随着医疗机构每年产生愈加庞大的医疗信息。互操作将在区域医疗信息网络中发挥越来越重要的作用。主要介绍了面向区域医疗的图像互操作系统框架，由区域医疗中心提供用户认证服务和存放用户的诊疗信息，用户通过Internet登陆区域医疗中心进行访问，若想要查看详细的诊疗图像信息，则由诊疗医院建立临时图像数据库将相应的内容向患者开放。Regional Health Information Network （RHIN） is suffering urgent organizational and managerial problem that medical institutions produce mass information day by day. This thesis proposes a promising approach--interoperability framework in RHIN. The Information Center of RHIN keeps healthcare records of patients which are uploaded from information systems. Patients can log in Information Center through Internet to check their medical records. Detailed information such as medical image in information systems is also available to users when needed.
