摘  要:简要介绍门诊“一卡通”就诊模式,重点阐述推行在门诊就诊卡中预存费用,将门诊缴费方式改进为在医嘱执行点划卡扣费的模式。通过实施门诊“一卡通”系统,实现患者基本信息、医嘱信息、费用信息等在门诊诊疗过程中各节点问的有效传递。从而达到调控就诊人流、方便患者就诊、规范医嘱行为、规范收费行为等目的,实现门诊就诊流程的有效重建,并结合实践对此进行了简要分析。This article introduces clinic treatment mode with All-in-one Card, and specifies the promotion of stored costs in treatment card, inverting clinic payment mode into designated card cost deduction mode as per implementation point of medical orders. Through the implementation of clinic all-in-one card system, an effective delivery is realized at each point of clinic treatment process among patients' basic information, order information and cost information aiming at treatment flow control, convenient treatment for patients, order behavior and charge regulation and effective reconstruction of clinic treatment process, which is also analyzed combining with practices in this article.
