摘　　要：目的了解瑞金市一起风疹局部流行的流行特征和影响因素,探索预防控制风疹疫情的方法。方法用统一的调查表格,搜集所有风疹病例并进行个案调查;采集部分病例血样,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测IgM抗体。结果本次风疹疫情历时87d,发病190例,发病率为3.36/10万,与前两年平均发病率相比增长681.39%;病例在谢坊镇首发,波及6个乡(镇),呈局部暴发、多点散发和学校班级聚集现象,以市区象湖镇最为集中,占发病总数的91.58%,以8～14岁小学生为主,占发病总数的84.74%。结论易感者在学校聚集以及疫报不及时、早期控制措施不到位系本次风疹局部流行的主要原因,对疫区易感儿童实施麻疹—风疹二联疫苗应急接种措施,对扑灭风疹疫情起着关键性作用。objective To understand the epidemiogical feature and influencing facts of an epidemic of mbella epidemic in Ruijin City, and to explore the strategies for preventing and controlling the epidemic situation of rubella, methods By used the uniform investigation forms, all the cases were collected to make case investigation, the blood samples of some cases were collected and ELISA was used to detect the serum rubella igM antibodies of the cases.Result This epidemic situation of rubella lasted for 87 days, and 190 rubella cases were reported.The incidence of rubella was 3.36/100000, which increased by 681.39 % compared with the average incidence of the past 2 years.The first case occurred in Xiefang Township.The cases were distributed throughout 6 townships,with local outbreak, distributed and classes aggregation. 91.58% of all cases occurred in Xianghu Township, and84.74% of all cases were primary school students at the age of 8-14 years. Condusions The susceptible assembled at school, the epidemic situation of rubella didn＇t be reported in time and the early control measures of rubella didn＇t be carried out well were the main reasons for the epidemic of rubella. Emrgency vaccination of rubella-meases combined vaccine among susceptible children in epidemic area played a key role in controlling the epidemic situation of rubella.
