后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术57例围术期护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围术期的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析57例行经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者的护理措施及护理经验。结果：本组手术均顺利进行，手术时间49～144min，术中出血量30～90ml。术后发生皮下气肿2例，Trocar穿刺孔皮下脂肪液化l例，无出血、高碳酸血症等严重并发症发生。随访6个月-2年，血压均恢复于正常范围。结论：经后腹腔途径行肾上腺肿瘤切除术安全可靠。完善术前准备、加强术后观察和及时处理，可有效减少和避免相关并发症发生，且是保证患者顺利康复的重要条件。Objective ： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of adrenal tumor by retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection. Methods： The data of 57 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results： All the operations were successful. The operative time was 49 - 144 rain, intraoperative bleeding volume was 30 - 90 ml. Two patients had subcutaneous emphysema; subcutaneous fat liquefaction at the point of Trocar puncture occurred in one patient and no bleeding, hypercapnia and the other serious complications occurred in any cases. Blood pressure of the patients returned to normal range according to 2 - year follow- up. Conclusion： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection is safe and reliable. Comprehensive preoperative preparation, close postoperative observation and timely treatment of complication can effectively reduce and prevent from related complications and promote patient＇s recovery.
