摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法对利咽解毒颗粒中连翘苷进行含量测定。方法选用AgilentC18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析柱,乙腈-水(235∶77)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃。结果连翘苷的线性范围为0.082～1.96μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.10%。结论分析速度快,线性范围宽,各项分析指标均达到要求。Objective A HPLC method for determination of phillyrin in Liyanjiedu particles by HPLC was established. Methods A Agilent C18 column （ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5um）was used, mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （23：77 ）. with detection at 230 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at 30℃. Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0. 082 - 1.96 ug（ r=0. 999 9）. the mean recovery was 97. 10%. Conclusion The method is quick,wide in linear range and analytical indicators all meet the requirements.
