摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT(MSCT)听骨链重建的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析34例听骨链重建图像资料。结果正常听骨链20例,锤骨骨折2例,锤砧关节脱位1例,镫砧关节脱位2例,慢性中耳乳突炎听小骨破坏9例;2例伴有胆脂瘤形成,面神经管破坏2例,先天性中耳畸形1例。结论64层螺旋CT听骨链重建技术对临床医师明确诊断、指导手术方案具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the 64-slice CT （MSCT） ossicular chain reconstruction value of clinical applications. Methods A retrospective analysis of 34 cases rebuilding image data. ossicular chain, Results The normal ossicular chain 20 patients,2 cases, malleus fracture dislocation of the joint stock, 1 joint dislocation Deng anvil, 2 cases of chronic ear bone destruction to small breed dash forward phlogistic, 9 cases of 2 patients with cholesteatoma formation, nerve damage, 2 cases of congenital tube ear malformation. Conclusion 64-slice CT ossicular chain reconstruction technique for clinicians diagnosis, guide operation scheme has important value of clinical applications.
