摘  要:外高桥三期2×1000MW超超临界汽轮机为上汽(SIEMENS)机型,采用补汽阀调频及过负荷调节。文章介绍了其综合优化及成效:通过优化补汽阀开启点以及研发节能型抽汽(凝结水)调频技术,提高了实际运行的经济性;采用不小于3D弯管等,降低造价,降低主蒸汽、再热蒸汽及高压给水系统压降,提高运行经济性和安全性;采用全容量单台高效汽动给水泵,降低冷却水设计温度,单独设汽动给水泵汽轮机的凝汽器,降低进入主凝汽器的蒸汽流量及热负荷,降低了机组平均背压和端差等,提高了机组热经济性。2×1 000 MW USC turbines in Waigaoqiao Phase III project, which are manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Works with SIEMENS' technology, use compensation valve for frequency and overload adjustment. Comprehensive optimization of the turbine and its effects are introduced: by optimizing valve opening point and developing energy saving steam (condensate) extraction frequency adjustment technology, actual operation economy is proved; by using bended tubes with no-less-than 3D curvature to reduce cost, and reducing main steam, reheating steam, and HP water feed system pressure loss to enhance operation economy and safety; using single full capacity efficient tnrbined-driven feed pump, reducing design cooling water temperature, providing dedicated turbine-condenser for turbine-driven feed pump, reducing steam rate to main condenser and its thermal load, and reducing average back pressure and terminal temperature difference of the units, etc., unit thermal economy is improved.
