摘　　要：详细介绍了某饮用水源地水质突发性表观异常的调查过程,包括监测方案的制定,采用生产工艺排查、监测结果分析和试验模拟等方式相结合进行事故原因排查的过程,对于处理同类不明原因致水质污染具有借鉴作用。The investigating process of drinking water sources which was polluted by unidentified chemicals was went into particulars, including the designing of monitoring program, the researching of factory produce technics and the simulating experimentation etc. It is helpful for those people who shall deal with the corresponding incident.
