摘　　要：目的:探讨血管回声跟踪技术在定量评价外周血管弹性中的应用价值。方法:阅读国内外相关文献进行综述。结果:血管回声跟踪技术通过实时描记动脉管壁运动轨迹来评价血管弹性、内皮功能,提高血管病变、动脉硬化的早期诊断。结论:血管回声跟踪技术在评价血管弹性、血管内皮功能方面具有很高的价值,为临床无创性定量评价外周大血管弹性提供了新的手段。Objective：To investigate the applied value of echo t racking technique in the quantitative evaluation of peripheral arteries elasticity. Methods：Reading the related literatures home and abroad and recapitulating them. Result：The echotracking technique was performed to track the movement tracks of arterial wall to value the vascular elasticity and endothelial function, could improved the early diagnosis of vascular diseases and arteriosclerosis. Conclusion：The echo tracking technique is high valuable in assessing the vascular elasticity and endothelial function , which may be a promising modality for noninvasive and quantitative estimation of arterial elasticity.
