山东省禽隐孢子虫病的流行病学调查

摘　　要：为进一步掌握山东省禽类隐孢子虫病的流行状况,自2007年3月至2008年4月对山东省6个地市及18个县市的禽类进行了调查。共采集6190份粪样,经饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法检查,隐孢子感染率为20.46%。根据形态学特征,将分离得到的隐孢子鉴定为贝氏隐孢子虫。调查结果表明,不同饲养方式、不同种类、不同地区和季节的禽类隐孢子虫感染率有明显差异。To further understand the prevalence of Cryptosporidium from poultry in Shandong province, 6190 fecal samples collected from six cities and 18 counties in Shandong were examined by the Sheather＇s sugar flotation technique and the modified acid-staining method from March 2007 to Apirl 2008. The average infection rate was 20.46 %. The Cryptosporidium isolates were primarily identified as C. baileyi. The results showed that there was difference in the infection rate cf Cryptosporidium among different feeding systems, population ,areas and seasons.
