摘　　要：我国的渔政管理机关和机构包括中央渔政管理机关、地方各级渔政管理机关、由法律或法规授权的渔政管理机构以及其他组织和渔政管理机关或机构委托的组织。这些渔政部门是国家为了实现渔政管理目标而按照一定的组织体系依法设立的相互联系的公共组织。在未来政府机构改革和调整中,只有遵循法制、效率、适应渔业经济发展、便民等原则设立渔政机关和机构,明晰渔政部门各自的职责,依法保证其行政运行经费,依据《公务员法》等法律法规录用和管理渔政公务人员,才可能实现渔政管理的公平与效率,实现渔业产业的和谐发展。The fisheries administration in China consists of central government fisheries administrative departments, and other law enforcement fisheries administrative departments. Those fisheries administrative departments were established by state under the law of the institution system in order to achieve the objectives of fisheries administration. In future reform of government institutions to implement the fisheries administration fairly and efficiently, institutions should follow the rule of law, should adapt the development of fisheries economy, should clarify the responsibilities of fisheries administrative departments, should ensure administration operation fund, and should follow the law of civil servant to recruit fisheries administrative civil servants.
