摘 要:通过组织切片,对牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)的受精过程进行细胞学观察发现,这一过程包括精子入卵、卵母细胞第二次成熟分裂排出第二极体、雌雄原核形成与融合,直到合子进行第一次有丝分裂,在受精的整个过程中所有观察过的受精卵都只发现一个精子形成原核,并最终与卵原核结合形成合子,由此判断牙鲆的受精方式是单精受精。本实验的研究结果,不仅能够从理论上丰富海水鱼类的受精生物学基础研究资料,又可为生产中牙鲆染色体操作遗传育种提供依据。The observations of fertilization process of flouder were showed by histology. The whole processes, such as sperm entering into egg, the second polar-body discharging, male and the female pronucleus forming, two pronuclei fusing into zygote and dividing into two cells eventually were almost the same as the processes of fetilization in the other teleost. One male pronucleus was observed in one egg. The male and the female pronuclei contacted with each other and formed the nucleus of zygote. It could be sure that the pattern of the fertilization of flouder is monospermy. These results not only showed more theoretical data on the fertilization biology of the marine fish, but also provided the basis for the commercial chromosomal manipulation and genetic breeding of olive flounder.
