摘  要:目的:探讨山茱萸果核提取液(FCCE)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的保护作用。方法:将60只健康SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(Sham)、缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)模型组、生理盐水(NS)组和3个山茱萸果核提取液(FCCE)预处理组(低、中、高剂量组)。结扎冠状动脉左前降支30min后,再灌注60min,建立MIRI模型。用不同剂量FCCE在结扎冠状动脉左前降支前30min分别做预处理。再灌注结束后采血,测定血浆中谷草转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶1(LDH1)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的改变,测量心肌梗死范围。结果:与MIRI组比较,山茱萸果核提取液预处理组能明显降低血浆中AST、LDH、LDH1和MDA含量,能提高SOD活性,降低心肌梗死范围。结论:山茱萸果核提取液对大鼠心肌MIRI具有显著的保护作用。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Fructus Corni fruit core extact on myocardial iscbemia reperfusion injury (MIRI) in Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. Methods: Sixty healthy Sprague Dawley rat s were randomly divided into the Sham operation (Sham)group,the MIRI group ,the normal saline (NS) group, the three pretreatment groups(low dose group ,medium dose group and high dose group), MIRI model was established by ligating left anterior descending coronary artery for 30min followed by reperfusion for 60rain. Different dosages of Fructus Corni fruitcore extract were administered 30 rain before ligating left anterior descending coronary artery in every pretreatment group. Blood was collected at the end of reperfusion for detecting aspartate aminot ransferase fAST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),lactate dehydrogenase isoenzyme 1 (LDH1),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA). The myocardial infarct size was measured after reperfusion. Results : Fructus Corni fruit core extract pretreatment could significantly decrease the contents ofAST,LDH ,LDH1 and MDA,and the myocardial infarct size,and increase the activity of SOD. Conclusion: Fructus Corni fruit core extract has a significant protective effect on myocardial iscbemia reperfusion injury in rats.
