摘　　要：全国矿业权实地核查,是我国实行矿业权管理以来,进行的第一次系统实地核查工作,是一次重要的国情调查。通过实地核查,获得全面、真实、可靠的矿业权基本数据,准确计算矿业权的保有储量和资源状况。对于摸清我国矿产资源家底,加强矿政管理,维护矿业权人的合法权益是非常必要的。On-the-spot inspection of national mining right is the first systematic on-the-spot inspection work since the implementation of China mining right administration. It is also an important investigation of China national conditions. Through the on-the-spot inspection, we can obtain comprehensive, authentic and reliable basic data about mining right, accurately calculate the available reserve of mining right. These are extremely necessary to ascertain the actual situation of mineral resources in China, strengthen the administration of mineral resources and safeguard the legal interests of the proprietors of mining right.
