摘 要:认识大倾角厚煤层走向长壁综放采场围岩活动规律,对安全高效生产有重要的意义。课题以甘肃省王家山煤矿44407工作面为背景,运用相似材料模拟实验和FLAC3D数值计算程序,分析研究了综放采场围岩活动现象,总结其规律有:沿走向,煤岩垮落分四个阶段,即顶煤初次冒落阶段、顶煤大面积垮落阶段、直接顶垮落阶段和基本顶垮落阶段;沿倾向,工作面中上部区段的矿山压力大,下部小,煤岩垮落也是上多下少;大倾角采场底板岩石也有向倾斜下部的滑移;在大倾角综放工作面中上部区段,特别要加强液压支架的防倒防滑措施,同时要注意防范煤壁片帮和架前冒顶。Based on the long-wall full-mechanized mining on strike of steep thick coal seam at the 44407 work face of Wangjiashan Coal Mine in Gansu province and using similar material simulation experiment and numerical simulation to analyze the activity phenomenon of the stope wall rock, and to summarize the laws as below: coal collapse along the strike is divided into four stages as top coal primary caving stage, top coal large area caving stage, immediate roof caving stage and basic roof caving stage. Ground pressure along the coal seam is greater at the middle and upper layer than in the lower layer while coal rock collapses in the upper layer is more than in the lower layer. At the middle and upper section of large inclined full-mechanized work face, special attention must be paid to stability of hydraulic powered supports and slip prevention measures while preventing the rib spalling and roof-falling in front of the powered supports.
