摘　　要：多形拟杆菌的基因组特点证明其是一种重要的糖化菌,多形拟杆菌对营养物质的利用主要表现在2个方面:一是降解难被宿主消化的营养物质;二是通过影响宿主的代谢机制,使营养物质被宿主更高效率的吸收和利用,本文就上述问题进行了综述。The genome of bacteroides thetaiotaomicron shows that it is an important glycophile. There is an evidence that two major complementary mechanisms are at work in extracting maximum nutritional value from the diet. First, Bacteroides thetaiotaomicron is responsible for the conversion of many dietary substances into nutrients that can be absorbed and utilized by the host.Second, the presence of microbes can alter the intrinsic metabolic mechanismst of host cells, resulting in more efficient nutrient uptake and utilization.
