摘 要:目的:通过检测重度子痫前期患者血清脂联素、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的表达,探讨脂联素在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法:以26例重度子痫前期疾病患者为研究组,30例同期健康晚期妊娠妇女为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清脂联素与TNF-α、hsCRP表达水平。结果:重度子痫前期患者血清脂联素水平(4.4±1.1μg·mL-1),显著低于对照组(8.7±2.5μg·mL-1),而重度子痫前期患者血清TNF-α、hsCRP水平(20.5±2.4ng·mL-1,17.6±5.7ng·mL-1),明显高于对照组(14.0±1.7ng·mL-1,8.4±2.5ng·mL-1),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重度子痫前期患者血清脂联素水平与TNF-α及hsCRP均呈负相关(r=-0.542,P<0.05;r=-0.437,P<0.05)。结论:脂联素、TNF-α、hsCRP参与子痫前期的发病,脂联素与TNF-α、hsCRP的相互调节在子痫前期的发病机制中可能起一定作用。Objective:The aim of this study was to determine the serum levels of adiponectin, TNF-α and hsCRP in severe pre-eclampsia women and their association with each other. Methods:Total of 26 women with severe pre-eclampsia were matched with 30 healthy pregnant controls.Both of the groups were third trimester. Adiponectin, TNF-α and hsCRP were measured in serum using ELISA. Results:Maternal serum levels of adiponectin in women with severe pre-eclampsia was lower than controls(4.4±1.1 μg·m^-1 vs 8. 7±2.5 μg·mL^-1, P〈0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α and hsCRP in women with SPE were higher than controls(20.5±2.4 ng·mL^-1vs 14.0±1.7 ng·mL^-1 17.6±5.7 ng·mL^-1vs,8.4±2.5 ng·mL^-1 P〈0.05). There was significant negative correlation between adiponectin and TNF-α( r=-0.542,P〈0.05).There was significant negative correlation between adiponectin and hsCRP(r=-0.437,P〈0.05). Conclusion:Adiponectin, TNF-α and hsCRP may contribute to the pathology of pre-eclampsia,adiponectin play a role in the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia by the regulation of TNF-α and hsCRP.
