摘  要:以2010年上海世博会园区预制预应力综合管廊工程为背景,对预制预应力综合管廊吊装、拼装、填土等主要施工环节进行了现场监测,监测结果表明:螺栓紧固力达到设计要求,管节纵向接头拼缝处遇水膨胀橡胶条压密;预制预应力综合管廊在施工全过程中主体结构的变形和截面应力均较小,结构处于弹性工作状态,在施工阶段是安全的。填土施工完成后进行了防水检验,检验结果表明预制预应力综合管廊接头具有良好的防水性能。According to the construction of precast prestressed municipal tunnel (PPMT) in 2010 Shanghai Expo Area, the main steps of the construction, including hoisting, assembling and backfilling were monitored. Results showed that the clipping force of the bolts meet the design requirement, and the hydro-swelling rubber-sealing strip in the joint of the PPMT was compacted. The PPMT was in the elastic state during the whole construction procedure. The deformation and stress of the PPMT was both small, which indicated that the PPMT was safe in the construction stage. Waterproof test was conducted on the PPMT after the construction procedure. Test results revealed that the joints of the PPMT behaved in good waterproof manner.
