摘　　要：首先分析数据包络分析方法,用于网络信息资源配置效率评价的适用性,从投入和产出角度,探索性地设计出DEA指标体系;然后搜集数据,进行规范化处理;最后构建和运行DEA模型,测算出我国29个省市网络信息资源配置的相对效率和总体状况,并展开相应的分析。This paper firstly analyzes the applicability of DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） in evaluating the efficiency of network information resources allocation. Then the authors manage to develop a DEA index system from the aspects of input and output. Then, data is collected and standardized. Finally, the authors build a DEA model and run it, thus measuring the relative efficiency and general status of 29 Chinese provinces＇ network information resources allocation accompanied with some analyses.
