摘　　要：在对我国网络信息资源配置政策问题分析的基础上,构建由元政策、基本政策、专项政策所构成的网络信息资源配置政策体系。提出完善我国网络信息资源配置政策应以效率为导向发展信息政策,鼓励公众参与政策制定,健全网络信息资源配置政策体系,加强网络信息资源配置政策的实施与反馈。Based on analyzing the problems on policies in network information resource allocation in our country, this paper con- structes a system of policies on network information resource allocation which contains three levels that is the mate policy, the basic pol- icy, the special policy. Proposes that we should develop information policy with efficiency-oriented , encourage the public to participate in policy formulation, integrity the system of policies in network information resource allocation, and strengthen the practice and feedback of policies in network information resource allocation, so as to improve the policy in our network information resource allocation.
