摘　　要：埃及高等教育发展资助计划主要资助高等教育战略规划中优先发展的领域,旨在通过在公立高校中引入竞争性财政机制,激发高等教育机构的活力,提升质量和效率,推动高等教育健康发展。该文对埃及高等教育发展资助计划的背景、内容和评价三个方面作了简要分析。Egyptian Higher Education Enhancement Project Fund （HEEPF） is to provide financial assistant to the priorities in the Egyptian higher education strategic plans. It aims at stimulating the vitality, enhancing the quality and efficiency and promoting the healthy development of the whole higher education through adopting competitive financial mechanism within public higher institutions. This article gives a brief analysis of the background, contents and evaluation of HEEPF.
