摘 要:针对目前加气混凝土制品应用中出现的开裂、脱落、冷桥等问题,利用废旧资源研制出一种和易性好、粘结强度高、抗裂性强的轻质砂浆。实验研究了四个主要因素对轻质砂浆性能的不同影响,确定出优化配比,并对原材料的改性机理进行了探讨。研究结果表明,这种以普通膨胀珍珠岩作为轻集料的聚合物干混砂浆,性能指标能很好地满足加气混凝土砌筑和抹灰的要求,而且可以大量利用非等级粉煤灰和煤矸石等废弃资源,降低砂浆成本。Aiming at these defects of easy cracking and bulging, and generation'cold bridge'of building block when common mortar is used for aerated concrete, a kind of lightweight mortar with good workability, good high bonding strength,high crack resistance,and thermal insulation has been prepared with industrial waste.Influence of four factors on performance of lightweight mortar were studied, the optimum proportion of mortar was confirmed and modified mechanisms of materials were discussed.The result of study shows that the dry-mixed polymer mortar with normal expanded perlite using mortar aggregate,not only performance indicators of mortar can well meet demands of autoclaved aerated concrete, but also largely utilize non-grade fly ash and coal gangue,and reduce the mortar cost.
