摘　　要：中国是联合国维和行动的坚定支持者和参与者。近几年,中国参与维和行动的积极姿态已经引起了全世界的高度关注,其强劲势头也引发了外界对中国意图的警惕与忧虑。通过类型分析,中国参与最多的是"综合性维和行动",从未参与联合国"预防性部署",而中国参与"监督停火及脱离接触"行动是十分谨慎的。就人员构成而言,中国派遣人数最多的是维和部队,其次是维和警察和军事观察员,其中军事观察员的参与率是最高的。就维和地域分析,非洲是中国参与维和的重点区域,而中国维和人员已经遍及亚洲、中东、欧洲、美洲。可见,中国对国际事务的关注是全方位的。China is a firm supporter for United Nations Peacekeeping missions, and possesses an impressive participatory record as manifestation for its commitments. In recent years, China＇ s increasing involvement in peacekeeping missions has attracted the attention of the international community. In particular, the world-at-large is concerned and wary about China＇ s intentions, especially when China has, since March 2004, become the largest contributor amongst members of the UN Security Council to the UN peacekeeping corps. By analyzing the various types of peacekeeping missions that China has contributed, and the spread of geographical regions of these missions, this article seeks to alleviate such concerns. China has adopted a sweeping approach to UN peacekeeping missions： it has participated mostly in ＂comprehensive＂ missions, none in ＂preventive deployment＂, and has re- mained cautious about participating in ＂ceasefire monitoring and disengagement of combatants＂; in terms of personnel composition, China has overwhelmingly favored dispatching military observers over other forms of participation; while Africa remains the focus for China＇s peacekeeping activities, it is also important to note that China has contributed to various peacekeeping operations across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and America.
