摘　　要：要从粗放型的发展模式中解放出来,实现全面协调可持续发展,关键在于建立科学发展的战略体系,发展理念、发展战略和发展机制等都要符合科学发展观的本质要求。文章在阐述科学发展的重要意义和分析广西北部湾经济区发展阶段性特征的基础上,提出了将其建设成为科学发展示范区的战略构想。If we want to achieve a all-round, coordinated and sustainable development from the extensive mode of development, the key work lies in establishing the system and strategy and mechanisms of scientific development,which must be in line with the essential requirement of the scientific concept of development. This article puts forward a strategic consideration of building Guangxi Beibu Gulf economic zone into a demonstration zone for scientific development on the basis of the importance of scientific development and the analysis of its characteristics of the stage.
