摘　　要：我国社会保险关系地区转移的现状存在着转移方式以及转移人数和转移成功率的困难。而造成阻碍的因素是由于地方利益、现存的制度和信息化的建设落后所致,文章针对社会保险关系转移的困难提出了相应的政策建议。In the present situation of the social insurance relations between the regions in China, there are such difficulties as the ways of the transfer, the numbers of transfer and the success rates of transfer, which are due to the local interests, the existing systems and the construction of IT application lagged behind. This article puts forward some corresponding policy suggestions aiming at the difficulties of the transfer of social insurance relations.
