摘　　要：介绍了某工程地下室底板开裂情况。通过对出现的问题进行分析,找出了地下室底板开裂的原因,是由于基础设计不当,使防水板超载,产生受拉裂缝;受恶劣气候条件下温差作用的影响,使结构原有裂缝又发展为贯通裂缝。提出了合理的加固处理措施,解决了地下室底板开裂及渗漏水问题。Introduced cracking situation in the basement slab in a project, draw a conclusion that the cracking causation is design failure, which resulted in overload of flashing and then tensile cracks appeared, because the difference in temperature, afterwards the original cracks become through cracks. The paper proposed method of reinforcing treatment, solved the cracking problem and leakage problems for basement.
