摘　　要：用铅笔柏当年实生苗嫩枝作插穗,经4种激素处理,插在5种基质上,封闭管理和封闭、全光不同管理育苗.试验结果表明,该材料作插穗,愈合生根能力强,发根早,成活率高,基质和激素间无明显差异,全光喷雾优于全封闭管理,平均成活率为87%,最高达100%.Taken the shoots of annual seedlings of Sabina virginiana as cuttings, treated by four kinds of auxins, inserted into five media, the cuttings were managed under three different conditions. The experimental results showen: (1). that such cuttings had the charactristics of early rooting .and high survival rate(mean 87%, highest 100%);(2). there was no different distinct differences between auxins and rediaj and (3). the survival percent of full daylight mist treatment was higher than that of enc-losed treatment.
