摘 要:以空气为介质的超声检测技术,作为检测和控制的一种手段,具有简单可靠、抗干扰能力强、适用范围广、不受电磁影响等优点.随着对超声波在气体中传播特性的研究及小型高灵敏度超声发射和接收技术的发展,超声在空气中的检测应用也越来越广泛.特别是近年来微机的应用,使得超声在气体中的检测精度、可靠性和自动化水平大为提高.其主要是通过测量超声波传播的时间、声衰减和声阻抗率的变化等特征。As one of the detecting and controlling means, the gasmedium ultrasonic detecting teachniqus is simple in structure, good at antiinterference, free from the influence of electromagnetic field, and applicable for a wide range. In a numble of industrial applications, it is prefeferable to the optical or electric means. Because of the progress in the study on ultrasounds progating properties in the air and development of transmitling and reaeiving techniques for smallsized highsensitivity ultrasonic devices, gasmedium ultrasonic detecting is getting wider and wider employment, and is going step by step from the lab to practice. Especially important to its development is the use of microcomputer in signal procesing which would greatly enhance the detecting accuracy, reliability and the automation level. For industrial detecting, the usual way is measuring the ultrasound′s specific properties, such as propagating time, attenuation, transmitting spectura, and variation in acoustic impedance ratio to realize electric measurement and procedure controlling for nonelectric quantities.
