斑腿沙螽的染色体及C带核型研究

摘　　要：对采自西安的斑腿沙螽Ｔａｃｈｙｃｉｎｅｓｅｌｅｇａｎｔｉｓｉｍｕｓ（Ｇｒｉｆｉｎｉ）的染色体进行了分析．结果显示，核型为２ｎ♂＝３１（１８ｍ＋２ｓｍ＋１０ｔ＋Ｘ）；组式为２ｎ＝２Ｌ＋１４Ｍ＋１４Ｓ＋Ｘ；ＮＦ＝５２．对该种沙螽的Ｃ带核型研究表明，斑腿沙螽的异染色质含量为３０．３３％．The karyotype and Cbanding karyotype of Tachycines elegantissimus (Griffini) of family stenopelmatidae has been studied. The result shows that the chromosomal numbers in this species is 2 n♂=31(18 m+2 sm+10 t+X). By Cband method, all the chromosomes show the centromere Cbands, some chromosomes have the terminal Cbands, and a few show the intersitial Cbands. The total heterochromatic content in this species is 30.33%.
