摘  要:10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)一回路舱室冷却系统是反应堆重要安全系统之一。由余热排出系统和屏蔽冷却系统两部分组成。非能动式余热排出系统以自然循环方式排出余热,排除了系统对外界动力的依赖性,余热最终经空气冷却器由空气自然对流排往大气。该文提出的非能动系统配以能动系统组成舱室冷却系统设计、采用可调遮热板控制辐射传热量,构成了HTR-10一回路舱室冷却系统新的设计思想和系统组成方案,并据此完成了相应的工程设计。该方案不仅简化了系统、降低了造价、缩短了工期,而且使系统的可靠性得以提高。The primary cavity cooling system of the 10MW high temperature gas cooled test reactor (HTR 10) is one of the important safety related systems of the reactor. It is composed of the residual heat removal system (RHRS) and the shielding cooling system. The passive RHRS removes the residual heat from the reactor core by natural circulation, so it gets rid of the dependence on external power. Finally, the residual heat can be discharged to the atmosphere via aircoolers by natural convection of air. Presented in this paper are the design concept and features of the HTR 10 primary cavity cooling system, namely the passive RHRS with a heatshading board for controlling the radiation heat transfer, cooperating with the active shielding cooling system. The detailed design, which is based on the above mentioned design idea, is completed. This design has not only simplified the system, reduced the cost, curtailed the duration of construction, but also increased the reliability of the system.
