摘　　要：HL7(Health Level Seven)已经成为国际上广泛应用的医疗数据交换标准.世界上许多发达国家和地区已经根据HL7标准成功的建立了医疗信息交换网络.而我国目前尚处于起步阶段.介绍了HL7标准,对以HL7为标准进行医疗信息交换的若干问题进行了探讨.HL7 （Health Level Seven）has become the standard of widespread international medical data exchange. Many of the world＇s developed countries and regions have established a successful medical information exchange network based on HL7. However, China is still on an early stage of its development. This paper briefly introduces the HL7 standards. Meanwhile discusses the issues about HL7 standards for the data exchange.
