摘 要:本实验将预孵化0、56、72h的鸡胚转移到受体壳中,按常规方法再孵化21d,三组的孵化率分别为0%(0/12),36.5%(4/11)和54.5%(6/11),移壳前预孵化0h鸡胚的孵化率明显低于预孵化56h和72h的鸡胚(P<0.01),表明鸡胚在蛋壳内的早期发育对其以后的进一步发育至关重要.实验还比较了预孵化56h和72h实验组与对照组种蛋的失重情况.预孵化56h实验组种蛋的失重明显高于对照组(P<0.05),结果表明移壳后孵化过程中水分的过多散失可能是导致鸡胚死亡的一个重要原因.Chicken embryos preincubated for 0h, 56h and 72h are transferred to the surrogate eggshells and incubate for 21 days in the routine method. The hatching rates are 0%(0/12), 36.5% (4/11) and 54.5% (6/11) respectively. The hatching rates of embryos preincubated for 0h is significantly lower(P<0.01) than those preincubated for 56h and 72h. These results indicate that the early development of embryos in vitro is essential for the further development. Compared with the control group, the water loss of embryos preincubated for 56h increase significantly during the incubation (P<0.05), which shows that much loss of water is one of the important reasons resulting in embryo death.
