摘 要:目的确定较好的艾滋病健康教育方式。方法从川北医学院抽选48个班(每班30~40人)的大学生,随机分为4个组,分别以4种方式(主题班会、知识竞赛、影音放映、知识讲座)实施艾滋病健康教育,对比实际参与各项教育活动的学生人数,并通过问卷调查对比教育前、后的艾滋病相关知识得分。结果主题班会组、知识竞赛组、影音放映组和知识讲座组的学生参与率,分别为87.3%、56.9%、61.9%、55.5%。各组教育前艾滋病知识得分约为7.2分(总分9.0分),教育后得分显著提高了5%~18%,其中主题班会组与知识竞赛组提高幅度最大,教育前均得7.2分,教育后均得8.5分。结论主题班会是较好的艾滋病健康教育方式。Objective To determine a better model of HIV/AIDS health education. Methods Students of 48 classes (30 - 40 undergraduates in each class) sampled from North Sichuan Medical College were randomly divided into 4 groups, in which 4 different programs (theme-based class meeting, knowledge contest, video and lecture) of HIV/AIDS health education were implemented.The numbers of students who actually participated in each program were compared, and the scores of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge were obtained before and after the implementation of the programs using questionnaire. Results The students' participation rates were 87.3% ,56.9% ,61.9% and 55.5% for the groups of class meeting, knowledge contest, video and lecture, respectively;the scores of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge were approximately 7.2 (total score 9.0) before the education and increased by 5 % - 18 % after the education, with the most significant increase being achieved in the groups of class meeting and knowledge contest. Conclusion The theme-based class meeting is a better model of HIV/AIDS health education.
